Denis graduated in 1994 University College, Galway in the West of Ireland, with an Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems.
Over the last 23 years, 15 of which have been in Facilities Design/Build/Maintain arena, Denis has become a very experienced Executive Manager with skills honed across different industries and market sectors, including Telecoms, Datacentres, Commercial, Bio/Pharma, Medical Devices and Public Sector. Denis is a trusted advisor on operations management, procurement, sales and marketing, building services, facilities and real estate management with excellent track record of coaching and mentoring at all levels. Denis is an expert in identifying, allocating, minimising and managing all levels of risk through implementation of measured performance against appropriate agreements, both internally and with external vendors and a verifiable track record of achieving long term goals.
Sarah brings over 25 years experience in various market sectors and roles to Weston Workplace Wellbeing.
Having originally qualified in Facilities Services with a Diploma in Property and Facilities Management, Sarah continued her studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) specialising in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychometric / Personality Studies. Sarah is as qualified counsellor / psychotherapist and mental wellness coach having also gained additional qualifications in WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning), MHFA (Mental Health First Aid), and continued studies as a C-IQ Coach.
Sarah is ideally placed to walk client organisations through change management programmes with her combined expertise in the physical workplace and mental health and corporate wellbeing.
Eva has over 15 years experience working in senior Human Resources roles in a variety of industries including FMCG, Professional Services and the Charity sector.
She has worked in both multinational and Irish organisations including EY, Mars, Focus Ireland and BAT where she was a Company Director.
Her expertise extends across all aspects of Human Resources, from Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Communication, and Organisational Development and Design. She combines this experience with a strong commercial awareness and an appreciation of the demands of the modern enterprise to ensure an agile and rational approach to every client.
In addition to her practical HR experience, Eva holds separate degree qualifications in Human Resources and Law, diplomas in Industrial Relations and Health and Safety, and is a member of CIPD.
